What You’ve Done so Far Can’t Make you Successful. Keep Working

It isn’t time yet. Don’t raise your head. Keep working. Keep doing more good work.

Let the goal not be his much result you’re getting yet; it should be how much you’re getting done.

When you’re just getting started in any endeavor, don’t be result oriented.

Those who are, don’t go far in life.

It’s easy to give up with that attitude of mind.

Don’t worry much about your result.

Remove your focus from there.

It won’t do much good.

The only thing it perpetuates is discouragement.

You can’t get traction just like that.

You re too young to start discussing that.

Leave that to those that have spent more than 4 years and written more than 900 articles.

There’s a certain influencer in the Quora platform.

His content has garnered nearly 290 million views and 225,000 followers.

But that wasn’t without “Having written more than 4,000 pieces of content…”

His name is Sean Kernan.

One of the greatest influencers in the present-day blogosphere.

The game of ours is more of numbers than any other single factor.

Not necessarily how long you’ve been around, but how many works you’ve gotten done.

How long you’ve stayed has got a little to do with your success. The number of work done is the real determinant.

If you more good work, your result will single you out from the crowd.

Final words

If you’re just starting out in writing, music, art, and design, … in any line of art, focus on work done.

How its doing isn’t that important for now.

Keep your head down and work.

Measure your progress, not by how well your work is doing but how many your getting done.

If you can be humble to work hard in silence, success will make the noise on your behalf.

What you have done so far is good. But it’s not enough.

Catch some breathe and relax when you have to but keep at it:

Do. More. Good. Work.

  1. Joshua – your words are so true. With any new venture, it takes time to build. And, I think, as individuals who live in such a fast-paced society where everything needs to come about quickly, we tend to throw in the towel when things don’t happen in our timing. (Our timing tends to be void of much patience.) So, I appreciate the reminder to keep at it. Progress usually works itself out with time, hard work, and consistency. Your quote . . . “If you can be humble to work hard in silence, success will make the noise on your behalf” is so spot-on and truly powerful. Thanks for the great post.
